At Guitar Haus, we recently helped a customer who bought a Genos 2 and wanted to set it up so that arpeggios would play on the left side of the keyboard while the right hand could be used for melodies. It’s a useful functionality, but surprisingly, there wasn’t much information online about how to achieve it. So if you’ve been searching for a solution to the same problem, here's a quick and straightforward way to do it.
Step-by-Step Guide:

1 - Go to "Split & Fingering" Settings
This will assign Right 1 to the left side of the keyboard and Right 3 to the right side. You can also set your desired split point here.
2- Assign Sounds to Each Side

3 - Set Up the Arpeggiator

Why This Works:
This setup lets you create complex rhythms with arpeggios on the left side while keeping the right side free for melodies. If you find a different approach, let us know!
If you’ve found another method to do this, feel free to share it with us! And if you're looking for a keyboard, check out our selection here:
