- Canada-Wide: This free shipping policy applies Canada-wide.
- United States: This free shipping policy also applies to orders shipped to the United States.
Additional Information for US Orders:
- Duties: You may be responsible for paying duties as determined by US customs.
Exceptions:
- Case-by-Case Analysis: We reserve the right to evaluate each order individually. If the shipping costs are deemed unreasonable, the free shipping policy may not apply.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibilities
Our responsibility as the seller includes:

Filing claims with the courier when necessary, as only the shipper can usually initiate these.
The customer’s responsibility includes:

Contacting the courier directly for changes to the delivery, such as rescheduling, holding for pickup, or adjusting delivery instructions.

Being available to receive the package, especially for orders requiring a signature.
Please note:
While we’ll always do our best to help if any problems arise, delivery logistics, such as rescheduling or changing delivery times, are handled by the courier and are the customer’s responsibility once the package is in transit.
