- Brand New Instruments: Every guitar you purchase from us is brand new and has never been played outside our shop.
- Quality Assurance: We meticulously maintain our guitars at optimal temperature and humidity levels. This ensures that when you receive your instrument, it's in pristine condition, having been stored under ideal conditions.
Given these standards and the fact that we cannot control temperature and humidity conditions once the guitar leaves our facilities, we inform you that Guitar Haus does not support a general refund or return policy on our merchandise. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing you with the highest quality instruments and service.
