Click here for more informationCrafted entirely by hand in Montmagny, Quebec, this exceptional instrument by master luthier Claude Boucher embodies the highest standards of boutique Canadian lutherie. Combining an aged tonewood profile with vintage-inspired elegance, it is built for players and collectors who appreciate understated artistry and acoustic brilliance.
Soundboard & Tonewoods
At its core is a cooked (torrefied) Adirondack Spruce soundboard, treated to deliver the dynamic projection, dry warmth, and immediate resonance of a well-aged vintage guitar. The back and sides feature deeply figured Curly Maple, adding crisp articulate note separation and exceptional visual depth to the body.
Craftsmanship & Design
Built on a 12-fret 00 platform, the bridge position rests directly in the sweet spot of the lower bout, maximizing bass response and sustain. Classic aesthetic appointments, including traditional herringbone purfling and rosette, celluloid body binding, an ebony pyramid bridge, and a slotted headstock, complete this masterwork.
