The Fender American Professional II Stratocaster represents decades of refinement designed for the working guitarist. Built with an alder body in a traditional 2-Color Sunburst finish, it features a smooth Deep "C" maple neck with rolled fingerboard edges, a dark rosewood fretboard, a "Super-Natural" satin back finish, and a sculpted neck heel for effortless upper-fret access.
This model is loaded with three V-Mod II single-coil Stratocaster pickups, delivering incredible clarity, chime, and warmth across all five positions. The wiring includes an auxiliary push-push tone control that activates the neck pickup in positions 1 and 2, unlocking non-traditional pickup combinations (such as bridge + neck for Telecaster-style twang). Modern hardware upgrades include an upgraded 2-point synchronized tremolo with a cold-rolled steel block for enhanced sustain and top-end sparkle, a pop-in tremolo arm, a bone nut, and a 3-ply mint green pickguard.
