Body

The all-solid African mahogany construction produces a balanced, woody tone with warm lows, strong mids, and sweet, articulate highs. Each soundboard is individually voiced by Furch's skilled luthiers to maximize resonance, sustain, and tonal consistency, ensuring every guitar reaches its full acoustic potential.

A UV-polymerized Open-Pore Finish protects the wood while allowing it to vibrate freely, enhancing both resonance and natural feel. Vintage-inspired appointments include artificial tortoise binding, a double-ring rosette with walnut inlay, an ebony bridge, ebony bridge pins, and a tasteful black pickguard with a transparent extension toward the soundhole, giving the guitar a refined, period-correct appearance.

Neck

The African mahogany neck features Furch's comfortable Soft "V" profile, paired with an ebony fingerboard and a smooth 400 mm (15.75-inch) radius for effortless playability. Brushed frets and Furch's innovative shortened fret design help maintain consistently smooth fret edges by accommodating seasonal changes in humidity.

The neck also incorporates the advanced Furch CNR System® Active, featuring a carbon-reinforced dual-action truss rod and automatic neck angle compensation. This innovative design maintains optimal string action through changing climates while greatly reducing the need for future neck adjustments or neck resets.
