Neck Through Construction for Ultimate Control

At the core of the IV1RG is a Super Wizard 5 piece Maple and Purpleheart neck through construction, engineered for exceptional stability and effortless speed. With a slim profile measuring 17mm at the first fret and a flat 430mm radius, this neck delivers outstanding comfort, precision, and consistency across the entire 25.5 inch scale length.

The Ebony fretboard provides tight low end response, focused midrange clarity, and a fast attack, enhanced by an intricate Tree of Life inlay that reflects the instrument’s Custom Shop heritage.

Stainless Steel Frets with VISIONS Custom Shop Fret Edge Treatment

The IV1RG is equipped with 24 jumbo stainless steel frets, offering superior durability, increased sustain, and exceptional note definition. Stainless steel frets maintain their feel and tone over time while enhancing articulation for both complex chords and fluid lead playing.

The VISIONS Custom Shop fret edge treatment ensures a smooth and refined feel along the entire neck, delivering a seamless playing experience without sharp edges or resistance.

Burl Maple Top and Black Limba Body

A visually striking 4mm Burl Maple top crowns the body of the IV1RG, showcasing unique grain patterns that make each instrument one of a kind. Beneath it, the Black Limba body contributes warmth, balance, and rich harmonic complexity.
